About 2 weeks after the insurance company receives the claim, they will have processed the claim, and they will send you and your doctor an “EOB” which stands for Explanation of Benefits. This explains how much your doctor billed for their services, how much was “allowed” under the contract between your doctor and your insurance company, and how much your responsibility is. We are excited to announce that Retina Orange County supports health records
in the Health app, which is available to patients with an iPhone running iOS 11.3 or later.
The new health records feature in the Health app makes it easy to access and visualize key parts of your health records, including allergies, conditions, immunizations, labs, medications, procedures, and vitals.
Setup is simple. Getting your health records from Retina Orange County into your iPhone is as easy as going to the Health Records section of the Health app, searching for our office, and then logging in with the user name and password that you normally use to access your patient portal account at Retina Orange County via OnPatient by DrChrono.
